Once all the pavers are installed run the plate compactor over them at least three times to ensure they are snugly pressed into the sand. The following guidelines will help ensure your project is exactly what you have imagined. Take out the conduit and fill the spaces with more paver sand. If there are any gaps between the pavers then you can sweep polymeric sand into all the joints.

Because the pavers aren t locked into place with mortar individual bricks are easier to replace if damage occurs. Level these areas before moving on. Repeat the process until the sand fills all the gaps. Brick pavers are often used in landscaping due to their visual appeal and natural look.

Spread a thin layer of sand over the entire patio and use a push broom to work it into the gaps between pavers.
